These are the projects I am and have worked on. I am still working on posting all of them.

eVTOL

I have been working on a recreational eVTOL and a business plan that goes with it. The test skid prototype is completely designed and the frame has been built. The FEA has been completed with a minimum safety factor of 2, a flight time of 20 minutes in hover, and a vertical thrust-to-weight ratio of 2:1.

CNC Plasma Cutter

I have been designing and creating CNC plasma cutters. I have been welding the frames, configuring the controller (using Mach 3), wiring everything, etc.

Brodie Halker Web Server

I host this server myself with a Raspberry Pi and coded it with React and a little Python. Along with the web app, I also use the server for an online cloud database that I can access (similar to Dropbox or AWS). I also have future plans to implement a live stream cam.

Rocket Design and Fab

The rocket on the left is my CLOSER rocket base that is designed to hold an assortment of payloads, including a GoPro camera which is shown. The rocket on the right is my Thrust Vectoring Rocket which is designed to have a thrust vectoring system that is controlled by a servo motor. I have designed and 3D printed all the parts for both rockets.

I designed, 3D printed, and launched this rocket; it was a perfect flight with a successful recovery!
